    We're transitioning the IPv4 addresses for some of our London services to a new range including our websites and control panels.

    Shared Web Hosting customers on WEB-1 must update their external DNS records to 185.242.225.34 (formerly 78.157.210.76), except for websites with a Dedicated IP.

    Additionally, our Nameservers are being updated as follows:

    NS1: 78.157.210.76 → 185.242.225.34

    NS2: 192.95.12.105 (no change)
